At Ancient Secrets Inc. we believe that there are choices we can make as manufacturers and suppliers of skin care products which can have a positive impact on those that use our products, our community and the planet. Here’s how we are doing our part:
- Environmentally conscious manufacturing procedures that produce low emissions and use less energy.
- Special processing and extraction methods that reduce or eliminate wastage of raw ingredients
- Production of our products in small batches
- All of our products are locally made in BC Canada
- Products are free of parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, propylene glycol, and are not tested on animals.
- Free of synthetic colors and fragrances.
- All of our retail product packaging is recyclable. Our tubes are also biodegradable
- We re-use and recycle all packing boxes and packing materials
- Use of recyclable paper and materials whenever possible
- Sourcing and using local indigenous ingredients
- Reducing the use of non-recyclable packing materials
- We avoid unnecessary printing of excessive promotional marketing materials.
- Use of re-usable sustainable materials for our gift sets and travel sets
- In house recycling programs
